We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager based in Toronto, ON, to manage enterprise-level accounts in one of Canada’s most competitive business markets. This role emphasizes resilience, persistence, and relationship-building to expand Aplin's footprint in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The successful candidate will focus on cold and warm business development while maintaining strong partnerships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients across Toronto and the GTA, delivering tailored recruitment solutions for their hiring needs. Proactively identify business opportunities by leveraging cold outreach, industry networking, and market research within Toronto’s competitive job market. Collaborate with the recruitment team to match top-tier talent with client requirements. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights into Toronto’s local market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies. Monitor account performance with a focus on client satisfaction and market growth in the region. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales, Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients in the Toronto business landscape. Resilience and persistence in pursuing opportunities, emphasizing long-term partnerships. Familiarity with Toronto’s recruitment industry and business trends is an asset. Benefits
