We are looking for a Business Development leader who is passionate about defining the retail growth opportunities, crafting customer value and implementing partnership strategies with an objective to build new markets, develop NVIDIA technology solution offerings and achieve market leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
Engage retail industry customers to develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical and business needs – and help to define and deliver high-value solutions that meet these needs,
Be main central point for the retail ecosystem in France connecting OEMs. Resellers, system integrators, solution providers, start-ups, growth companies, and enterprises
Lead a virtual teams of technical, business, and marketing resources across NVIDIA and our business partners to drive success within the vertical and on specific accounts
Drive short and long-term revenue opportunities to meet or exceed growth targets
Working with regional and sector leadership to prioritize customer and business development activity, continuously qualifying opportunity to ensure we align effort and resources accurately
Specifically drive focus accounts to develop the sector overall: proof of concepts, engagement of a virtual technical team to ensure customer success
Continuously look for opportunities to showcase customer success by working with marketing to package up success stories, participate in launches and events.
What we need to see:
Speaking/writing in English (and French) is required.
4+ years’ experience selling or business development into large enterprise customers
The ability to open doors quickly and assess the customers' desire and readiness for building a strategic relationship with NVIDIA
Proven track record leading significant revenue and overachieving targets to meet stretch goals
Understanding of sector business dynamics, ecosystem, and trends
Familiarity with modern AI computing trends and the ability to scale up technical knowledge to serve the needs of demanding customers
Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Logical, critical thinking, fast learner, and good team-worker.
Ability to engage C-Level executives in a consultative manner
Curiosity and desire to learn
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical subject area is preferrable
Experience selling sophisticated solutions for customers as well as A.I. full-stack solutions with a record of success.
Detailed knowledge of the business priorities, tools, processes and business language of the sector
Can demonstrate a strong technical skill to establish credibility with customers and/or partners
Large network of contacts in the sector – though not crucial
