Enterprise Account Representative
Job Title: Enterprise Account Representative Job Description The Transportation Operations team is seeking highly skilled and motivated Logistics Specialists to assist in the management of daily freight movements flowing into and out of our fulfillment centers and our associated fulfillment network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area. Responsibilities + Continual, tactical communication and account management with external customers (Carriers, Vendors, Suppliers). + Pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed. + Review data and reports related to appointment and arrival times and make business decisions/process improvements based on reported data. + Create a summary outlining your weekly findings and variances to goals and present these findings in a review forum. + Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed. + Lead initiatives to re-engineer business processes and identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency in transportation operations. + Systematically escalate problems or variances in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered. + Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results. + Scope out business and functional requirements for tech teams who create and enhance the software systems and tools we use. + Quickly understand the business impact of trends and make decisions that make sense based on available data. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. + Experience in inventory, freight, dispatch, and email communication. + Experience with third-party logistics, routing, and transportation management. + Experience in customer service and vendor management. + Expertise in data management and analysis, including the use of Excel and SQL. + Experience in logistics support, logistics analysis, and operational support. + Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies. Work Environment This position is 100% on-site with the following shift options available after training: Front Half: Sunday through Wednesday (8am to 6:30pm - 4, 10-hour shifts), Back Half: Wednesday through Saturday (8am to 6:30pm - 4, 10-hour shifts), Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8am to 6:30pm - 4, 10-hour shifts), Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm – 5, 8-hour shifts). Note: During PEAK season (October to December), you may work upwards of 10-20 hours of overtime per week based on business needs. If scheduled to work on a holiday during PEAK season, you will be required to work your standard shift. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
