The Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting key business systems that exist within the Winshuttle platform such as the New Product Introduction workflow, the Vendor Master workflow, and the Customer Pricing workflow. This person will develop and maintain additional workflows that will support all master data activities and support key business processes.  This person will also develop Winshuttle scripts used to support integration projects and efficiently move data into and out of SAP.  The person in this role will also perform all of the day to day responsibilities of an application analyst such as problem analysis, developing process improvement initiatives, and enabling adherence to KPI's.  This individual should be highly comfortable and proficient at working directly with the business and/or project management. This is a hands-on role, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions in an SAP environment.

Ability to use Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio with proficiency Able to learn new applications and tools that are commonly used in a professional setting Create and maintain required documentation including design and functional specs Ability to convert requirements into WinShuttle workflows or scripts Ability to develop test cases and assist team with testing

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

 

Possesses developmental skills with Winshuttle Studio/Composer/Foundation Has an understanding of SAP master data and associated business processes to create and change master data Some experience with Winshuttle script and form development Beginner SQL skills Beginner PowerBI skills Knowledge of Data Governance practices that drive master data quality and business readiness Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with a diverse cross-functional business team Demonstrates ability to deliver communication which is clear, concise, and relevant to audience through appropriate methods and tools. Understands what constitutes good customer service and displays consistent commitment to delivering. Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with key stakeholders both within and outside of the MDM team to get the job done. Inquisitive and thorough in approach. Self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to deal with high levels of complexity, change and evolving processes, often at short notice.

Proficiency Level:

Workflow Environment: Developing proficiency in understanding Winshuttle Studio, Composer and Foundation. Understands a Master Data domain well enough to support it with scripting and solution design.  Developing SQL and PowerBI skills.  Able to define, research, develop and test new functionality in a WS Foundation Solution. Solution Design: Demonstrated proficiency in basic solutions in line with current functionality.    Writes basic requirements documents or functional specifications with oversight from senior level team members.  Builds thorough test plans and can create sample data to test accuracy of configuration and programs. Incident Resolution: Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.  Demonstrates a commitment to customer service, exhibits curiosity to identify the root cause and has a high level of accountability. Business Process Expertise: Developing proficiency in understanding of current business processes related to a data domain.  Actively seeks information and discussions to gain knowledge of current state. Interaction with the Business: Works individually with business users to address issues, perform discovery and solicit details pertinent to issue resolution and system design.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study or within one year of completing Bachelor's Degree.

Travel Requirements:

 Based in Tampa corporate office with minimal travel requirements.
