The Enterprise Architect will:
Qualifications:
Proven track record of influencing change and leading strategic enterprise IT initiatives to achieve well-defined business objectives. Ability to communicate effectively with business executives, line of business leaders, and technical experts. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication. Hands-on technical expertise in multiple technical domains or progression from traditional system or application development roles to either architecture or leadership. Ability to listen for understanding, resolve conflicts, negotiate compromise, and collaboratively lead business leaders and project teams to optimal solutions. Understanding of architecture concepts that enable well-integrated transactional, analytical, and collaborative systems. Ability to cultivate a shared strategic vision, articulate clear business objectives, and align the organization to achieve them. Banking or other Financial Services experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management of Technology, or a related field and 8+ years of enterprise architecture or IT leadership in a highly regulated environment. Understanding of activities that maintain, manage and leverage customer relationships, including customer relationship management platforms and customer-facing solutions. Ability to provide cross-product perspectives, matching products and services to customers and providing targeted analytics and decision support to enhance the bank's delivery performance, 'share of wallet' and overall customer experience. Architecting and/or delivering Customer 360 solutions. Experience with core banking systems such as TCS BaNCS, FIS, Fiserv, and ACI Worldwide Understanding of Agile methodology TOGAF and BIAN experience Experience with EA repository software (BizzDesign, Orbus, etc.) Strong understanding of SOX Controls/Reporting including Risk Management Frameworks (SOC, RCSA and FFIEC Controls), and Fraud Disclosures Exposure to cloud-based management and operationsLocation:
This position is hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
