About the Role
Thomson Reuters conducted a change program to transition from a holding company to an operating company and from a content provider to a content-driven technology company. The objective of the newly created Enterprise Architecture function within the CIO organization is to enable product teams leveraging modern technologies.
As an Enterprise Technology Architect you will:
Facilitate the creation of architecture standards: Spearhead the establishment of architecture standards, focusing on cloud-modernization leveraging cloud-native technologies. Work across product- and platform teams to shape the creation and alignment of technology stacks.
Drive the adoption of architecture standards: Lead the effort to create and promote architecture documentation, fostering a common understanding of the application landscape and facilitating the adoption of best practices. Guide application teams in defining as-is and to-be architectures.
Enable Thomson Reuter’s Generative AI (GenAI) journey: Thomson Reuters key focus is to leverage Generative AI to enhance its products as well as its internal ways of working. You will leverage Enterprise Architecture approaches to align GenAI use cases, align data sources and technologies to enable modern Generative AI platforms with reusable skills. Moreover, you will explore Generative AI solutions to enhance ways of working.
Support mergers & acquisitions activities: Leverage Enterprise Architecture approaches to support integration activities. Shape the integration of new products, services, and capabilities into the existing portfolio. Learn from diverse and talented teams across different domains and regions and gain valuable insights into the emerging trends and technologies.
Enable collaboration and learning: Act as an enabler for the enterprise architecture team and other architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared learning.
About You
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, proficiency in driving architecture documentation approaches, and experience with establishing and running governance bodies within large organizations. Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, SAFe) is advantageous.
