As this role is based out of our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates that currently reside in Northeast Ohio.


The Enterprise Architect is responsible for supporting elements of the strategy, engineering, and management of highly complex enterprise-wide application solutions.

This role will have responsibility for influencing the adoption of application and development solutions enterprise wide to ensure standards and availability requirements are met globally. In this role, you will also participate in the development and execution against long-term strategies to leverage new technologies to keep pace with changing business demands while improving application development efficiencies.

Our ideal candidate will be able to deliver global technology solutions alongside the Enterprise Architecture team and leadership, in line with strategic business objectives and priorities and provides technical insight, oversight, strategic context, direction and leadership to the teams involved. Partnering closely with the business, project managers, and technology teams, the Enterprise Architect ensures business needs are clearly understood and the solution implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with business and IT peers to develop and present capability models and roadmaps to facilitate discussion and decision making with stakeholders across the enterprise
• Assist with the analysis of the business' future-state capabilities and future (and current) IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement and driving the business forward
• Work with peers and lead the identification and analysis of enterprise business outcomes and drivers to derive useful business context, and in response to disruptive forces
• Develop diagnostic and actionable deliverables that help AG guide investment decisions in support of executing business strategy.
• Facilitate analysis of the IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
• Prepares executive level presentations that communicate highly complex technical solutions and options to non-technical audiences
• Working within the Enterprise Architecture team ensuring the end to end application architecture, engineering, and transformation across on-premise and cloud services effectively support global business requirements
• Works with the IT and business resources to assist in quickly estimating the level of effort required to address business challenges
• Demonstrates proficiency to deliver projects covering all technology stacks (Mainframe Legacy, Custom 2-Tier/3-Tier, 3rd Party packages, SAP, Business Intelligence, and Infrastructure)
• Sets the vision and objectives of the application delivery organization to foster a business-oriented culture with a service delivery mindset
• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise-wide, complex application solutions including design, delivery and processes
• Partner with Technology & Security leadership to insure all current and future application needs are met and align with enterprise infrastructure capabilities and promote security best practices
• Skilled in multiple technologies in use across the organization or deeply specialized expertise in one or more technologies in use in the organization
• Works jointly with our engineering team to help identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions
• Demonstrates proficiency in the evaluation, design and development of solutions within a cloud or on-premise solutioning approach
• Contributes in the research, selection and implementation of cloud enabled services or on-premise engineered services.
