Enterprise Architect

Develops and coordinates Information Technology strategy and oversees implementation of integrated systems. Oversees, improves, and upgrades enterprise services, software, and hardware. Identifies, leverages, and recommends new technologies. Establishes infrastructure with required security levels. Understands various government architectures, business modeling practices using object-oriented UML methods, end-user requirements including publications and plans, configuration management processes and tools Handles complex issues and problems. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.

Responsibilities

Develop data microservices.

Coordinate work of development team.

Ensure team priorities are being met.

Provide status updates to Task Lead.

Ensure roadblocks for team are properly reported and resolved in a timely manner.

Coordinate with other teams to validate microservice requirements are accurate.

Provide subject matter expertise to government client for services development.

Train development team members as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

Active Secret Clearance.

Must have familiarity with the following concepts and programming languages:

Microsoft Based Web Services Experience: with REST, Microservices, Minimal API and Microsoft Web API.

Net Core.

C#.

Object oriented design: S.O.L.I.D, Design Patterns knowledge and use.

Dapper.

GIT.

PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

Entity Framework Core, Code First and Migrations.

OpenAPI or AsyncAPI.

Unit Testing with xUnit, NSubstitute or Moq, FluentAssertions, Bogus or AutoFixture.

Agile development experience (SCRUM, TDD, FDD, BDD etc.).

Knowledge of the following tools and design patterns is a benefit:

JWT, OAuth, OpenID (preferrable).

CQRS.

RabbitMQ, MassTransit AWS SQS / SNS or Wolverine.

MediatR.

Repository Pattern.

Unit of Work Pattern.

DDD.

FluentValidations.

AWS.

Kubernetes.

Gitlab CI.

Nuke.

Terraform.
