Responsibilities Meet Panasonic Meet the Recruiter: Tanya Aharonov Explore Panasonic Careers Panasonic Video Our Mission: Create Technologies That Move Us Shift: Monday-Friday Department: PECNA Technology Group (US) Job Summary: This role will report to the Director Digital Manufacturing – US NA The Enterprise Architect Manager will lead the enterprise architecture strategy for the business in support of product strategies, innovation, optimization, and user experience. The manager will lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps to ensure consistency with architecture standards and business goals. The manager will play a key part in delivering modern enterprise architectures to ensure operational excellence for the US NA business (Gigafactory NV & KS) and drive digital transformation and ensure new technology adoption. Essential Duties: Develop and communicate the enterprise architecture roadmap and transition plans and ensure alignment with the business strategy and priorities. Analyze the current state of the enterprise architecture and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the enterprise architecture and support the business needs. Facilitate the governance and review of the enterprise architecture and deliverables and ensure compliance with the enterprise architecture policies and procedures. Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable software applications aligned with company’s architectural standards and best practices. Oversee the design and implementation of functional technology solutions and architectures. Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user and business goals. Evaluate IT and OT projects for redundancy or restraints and devise alternatives to reduce risks and costs. Perform continuous research on emerging technologies to stay up to date with industry trends and improve and streamline the existing enterprise architecture. Work closely with the Program Management Office and various business units to monitor the progress and implementation of technology initiatives. Apply project management knowledge of fundamental skills of scope, schedule, and cost. Provide input on process improvement opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Requirements - Required and/or Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred. Enterprise Architect Certifications a plus Essential Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software development, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role. Deep knowledge of a range of technical skills, including enterprise architecture, cloud computing, data architecture, network architecture, security architecture, and application development. In-Depth knowledge of various operating systems and databases. Experience with a variety of software development methodologies and technologies, such as Agile, DevOps, microservices, and containerization. Good understanding of Industry 4.0 framework and digital transformation Should have strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, as they will need to work closely with stakeholders and teams across the organization. Should be able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus around technical solutions. Experience leading the design, planning, and implementation of initiatives that include but are limited to the following: Business transformation, Cloud and Data migration, Application modernization, Cloud development and Cloud managed services.
