As the Enterprise Architecture data and financials intern, you will support coordination of a project or projects and be responsible for tracking and reporting of the Enterprise Architecture organization’s hourly budget. You will work with software engineers and architects on the team to gather estimations of work, ensure accurate time entry to projects, team goal metric reporting and perform data analysis to manage and report budget estimations and actuals. You will also track and analyze relevant software licensing and third party spend for the organization to ensure budget adherence, escalate deviations and highlight areas of opportunity. The successful intern will be self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good time management and organization skills with a high attention to detail.

The candidate should be enrolled towards a degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.  On completion the intern will have attained skills working with software engineering teams and exposure to enterprise architecture, Jira, Confluence and experience in a multi-cultural environment. As this position will be working for the Enterprise Architecture team, knowledge of software engineering and architecture or computer science concepts may be helpful.

The Western Union Denver Headquarter internship program provides university juniors, seniors, and graduate students with real-world experience working for an international brand. Salary 

The salary range is $25.00 – $35.00 USD per hour. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies, including credits/years of university education completed.
