Job Description

To deliver on the Enterprise Direct value proposition by managing a portfolio of clients through the direct banking sales and service model (i.e. email, phone calls and other digital platforms available) for service and transactional solutioning as well as leveraging the existing branch footprint and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or related.

Additional Information

Experience:

3-4 years: Experience in sales and relationship management of clients and able to drive profitability and build relationships or leverage from client’s interactions and touch points. Proven successful track record in sales and service. Knowledge of the bank’s products, services and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow the Enterprise Direct new to bank clients, balance sheet and income statements in line with business strategic objectives.Acquire and open new business accounts and cross sells additional products and services in line with client needs by identifying and referring sales leads to relevant stakeholders.Educate clients regarding the value of using self-service channels (e.g., Internet Banking, ATMs and Mobile Banking) to empower clients and minimise ad-hoc service requests.Educate clients with regards to lending application processes (e.g. vehicle finance, overdraft, credit card, loans, cash, etc.), credit
maintenance processes (e.g. annual reviews) and account conduct expectations.Promote and pro-actively sell a range of banking offerings and solutions to meet the financial needs of Enterprise Direct clients
(e.g., initiating outbound calls to reactivate dormant accounts) in line with the segment value proposition.
