about the team 

The Enterprise Business Transformation function is lululemon's business transformation and tactical support office which enables the achievement of lululemon’s strategic priorities. The team provides transformational design and implementation as well as integrated planning, delivery, and operations across the business.


a day in the life 

Develop and facilitate cross-functional meetings, driving enrollment, decision-making, and execution of key milestones and deliverables. Program Management e2e across all workstreams, milestones and touchpoints.Oversee the successful execution of multiple projects within the program.Ensure integration of project plans across the program, managing dependencies and risks.Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement and communication. Build trusting relationships and drive momentum with cross-functional partners.Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, shifting approach and execution as needed.Provide regular updates on program progress, risks, and results to senior leadership.Lead and coordinate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Support broader Enterprise Planning workstreams as directed by your leader. 


qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading complex and highly cross-functional projects and / or programs.Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Must be able to manage multiple priorities, under tight timelines. Proven experience in stakeholder management and comfortable communicating to various levels of leaders. Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills.Self-motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Project management certificates and / or certification would be an asset.University Degree in Business, Operations Management or similar preferred.

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $$103,500 to 135,900  annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
