Enterprise Change Management Senior Program Manager SVP (Hybrid)
The Enterprise Change Management (ECM) is responsible for establishing and overseeing an Enterprise Change Management framework and corresponding change capabilities at Citi. ECM has the authority to oversee and maintain the Change Management policy and standards and roles and responsibilities, monitor process compliance to policy and standards, drive management reporting and metrics, define and maintain change management requirements regarding changes driven within Citi, and provide enhanced governance/oversight of material changes. In addition, the team advises/trains on change adoption across the Enterprise. The Enterprise Change Management Senior Program Manager drives the strategic direction and overall efficiency and effectiveness of the program. **Description of the Role:** The COO’s Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team is seeking to hire a Senior Program Manager to support a newly established centralized function focused on change management. The individual serves as the Program Manager for the Enterprise Change Management function providing leadership, expertise, and knowledge of Program Management activities. The role will be responsible for leading all Program Management activities across the Enterprise Change Management function, including driving regulatory initiatives, audits, and BAU initiatives. The individual will play a key role in engaging with internal stakeholders across the Businesses, Functions and 2nd and 3rd Line of Defense to drive the initiatives, and ensure ongoing compliance to regulations, internal policies and procedures. In addition, the individual will drive communication and documentation to all stakeholders, including the Board, Executive Management, the Regulators, Governance Forums and others. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the day-to-day delivery of critical Change Management initiatives, ensuring they stay on track to meet their deadlines, budget, and benefits + Partner with and challenge the Workstream Leads of the initiatives to evolve their thinking and material to be presented in the relevant forums + Partner with the Project Management Leaders to define and maintain the strategic approach to tracking the initiatives in alignment with Citi requirements + Oversee a team of project managers to ensure Program/Project controls are met, including all relevant documentation and information uploaded in the Project tracking tool + Drive the documentation of evidence and engagement with 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense in anticipation of review and challenge + Monitor the control environment by understanding and ensuring adherence to the existing Risk Framework, policies, procedures, and regulations + Maintain a partnership with Audit and understand the Audit Plan for Change Management + Drive and support remediation of any regulatory, audit or Risk activities + Maintains a partnership and dialogue with Risk partners, particularly Operational risk, to ensure ongoing alignment with Enterprise Risk Taxonomy + Owns and manages functions compliance to Enterprise requirements including Records Management, training, data treatment, amongst others + Create and partner with Workstream Leads to evolve communications to various forums **Experience/Qualifications** + Minimum 10 years of industry experience in financial services and/or Program Management + Highly collaborative and influential leader who can promote and influence internal stakeholders globally + Strategic thinker who can decouple complex problems and drive solutions to mitigate + Seamless ability to shift from high level strategy to execution and ownership of outcomes + Self-starter, able to operate with minimal direction, with strong work ethic. + Technical proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Microsoft Project. + Familiarity with Citi systems like PTS 2.0, iCAPS and other risk management systems is a plus. + BS/BA (Bachelor) degree or equivalent combination of education/experience. + Masters Degree (e.g. MBA) preferred. ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Project and Program Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Program Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Tampa Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $130,880.00 - $196,320.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
