What the day will look like Work with Employee Client Leader on a specific set of clients, ensuring overall understanding of client dynamics, priorities, and opportunities, with a focus on opportunity development and net new sales Undertake regular research and reporting on client activities through review of publicly available information such as client earnings calls/annual reports and other internal tools. Serve as central coordination point for client teams, working with ECLs to manage deliverables and follow ups, and serve as an internal point of coordination for key client development strategies Creation and management of client team deliverables (both internal and external), for example: client discovery meetings, new business proposals, annual review, client planning, relationship mapping, etc. Liaise with Global Sales & Marketing Support (GSMS) team, Enterprise Client Group (ECG) Super Users and Pursuit & Creative team (PaC) on behalf of client teams Review and prioritize data and industry insights from internal and external sources on behalf of client team, share information (such as client news, client results, sector news, thought leadership that could impact the client or their sector) in a timely and consistent basis across client teams Work with ECG Finance, Growth Operations, and ACIA to manage client data and reporting Identifies and resolves customer concerns or issues with strong emphasis on patterns, trends, and root cause analysis. Assists with problem solving for recurring issues Communicates effectively with internal partners for analysis/ resolution of complex issues or project impacts Expected to serve as back-up support (even if not directly aligned) for other ECCs in the region How this opportunity is different In a high-performing team, you will help support the delivery of Aon’s strategic plan by deploying and delivering engaging and high-quality strategic learning programs across the APAC region. The Enterprise Client Consultant (ECC) will enable revenue growth and revenue retention by working directly with Enterprise Client Leaders (ECLs) in each region. The ECC will enable to ECLs to approach client discussions with relevant insights, and to manage ongoing deliverables, risks, and issues to ensure the highest quality client service experience for our Enterprise Clients. These programs develop colleagues to bring the best of Aon to clients, support colleague career progression and drive sustainable growth for the firm. This role will support across APAC. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in business or related major Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) A minimum of 5+ years of related experience, preferably client focused Passionate self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, follow-ups and ultimately deliver projects and assignments on target and on time within a fast-paced environment A mentality towards growth: sales, client relationship management or similar, as well as aspirations to continue developing skills and experience in this space A resourceful individual with a curiosity about resolving complex issues and thinking creatively - adept at simplifying solutions, with a strong understanding of data. Brings new perspectives and is comfortable challenging the status quo.
