What the day will look like Aon is looking for a Business Client Leader. The role is responsible for leading Aon's relationship with its most strategic clients in Brazil. + Drives business results for at least five enterprise customers, meeting metrics, retention and renewal per customer across all solution lines and geographies. Has detailed knowledge of global revenue and manages the worldwide project portfolio and investment for customers under responsibility; + Creates, continuously updates and aligns resources to execute against the customer value creation model (ACL). Meets our Global Standards seamlessly, including bringing together all Aon and Client stakeholders to maintain a deep strategy and proper execution of our commitments and plans. This requires regular engagement around the presence of all stakeholders, in the client organization and an updated relationship mapping that is shared with all required teams; + Influences all levels of Aon to provide the right internal resources and ensure excellent client service delivery by sharing strategy and planning with the Aon team, through regular check-ins and 90-day DAU client planning sessions; + Aon IQ: strengthening it through formal training and knowledge sharing, in addition to day-to-day involvement and activities. + In client planning across all geographies and solution lines, maintains a solid understanding of all Aon services and ensures that the client understands the full value delivered; + He is a role model in teamwork, collaboration, integrity, humility and respect to deliver the best of our firm to our clients; + Celebrates the successes and growth of our collective team to recognize the contributions and elevate the commitment of its members; + Communicates effectively and gives/receives feedback to continually elevate team success. How this opportunity is different The main objectives of this role are: achieving retention and accelerated growth of AON's strategic clients through leadership, inclusion and trust building, cooperating with the different areas and colleagues of Aon, to maximize the positive impact on our clients. Accessing and investing time in building networks, focusing on key decision makers, as well as with all our clients' stakeholders, to gain a deep understanding of their business priorities. The role reports to the Regional Business Customer Leader and collaborates with the Business Customer Leads of the other sub-regions, industry leaders, solution lines, Marketing, Operations, commercial team, among others. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Industry IQ: deep knowledge and experience of the client's industry and ability to access Aon resources for the delivery of content and solutions by industry; understanding of industry issues, trends and problems, plus the ability to match those trends and issues, with relevant Aon solutions and resources; + Relational Capital: Builds and maintains deep relationships with clients at the executive level across multiple buying centers, and uses that capital to understand objectives, influence client thinking, and create outcomes; + Strategy Alignment: Fully understands the client's market environment and the client's strategic positioning; able to connect the client's strategy with all of Aon's capabilities; + Consulting Skills: Identifies client needs and clearly articulates the problem to be solved; Recognizes challenges and barriers to solving them and marshals internal resources to achieve the client's desired outcome; + Financial acumen: Develops a solid understanding of the client's finances and strategy and is adept at discussing this with the client and internal teams; + Effective Communication: Listens and communicates with a client-centric strategic approach and adapts to the client's communication style; clearly articulates client needs and action items internally; builds consensus within Aon and the client's organization; + Team Management: Strong influencing skills; Ensures progress on all client projects and creates alignment of internal teams on related work streams. Well versed in RFP finalist preparation, value articulation and facilitation of client discovery and actively participates and facilitates sessions that lead to improved business outcomes; + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; + Advance English; + Experience in the industry, consulting, relevant experience with complex and global client management.
