**Position Overview** The Enterprise Clinical Manager, MI has mastered technical/Clinical skills and possesses advanced product knowledge required to mentor Clinical Consultants in clinical product optimization and the onsite and remote education of Physicians, IT/Clinical Systems Administrators, Technologists, Sonographers, and other Key Operators in the use of Fujifilm’s Medical Informatics. The Enterprise Clinical Manager, MI-I is responsible for the clinical training offerings, addressing ongoing staff development, performs field competency evaluations, assesses clinical customer training needs, and manages clinical resource allocation while maintaining compliance with the company’s quality procedures. Additionally, the Enterprise Clinical Manager will coordinate and schedule the day-to-day activities of the Clinical Consultants and Senior Clinical Consultants to ensure high quality and efficient training services. The Enterprise Clinical Manager, MI-I Actively interacts with internal and external seniormanagers and executives within the rest of the Medical Informatics (MI) division and MIPDdevelopment teams. Has the ability to influence the thinking of or gain acceptance of others insensitive matters. Passionately fosters clinical innovation, clinical process improvements, and participates in building a clinical learning environment for the entire organization. Providesmentorship to the team on clinical product knowledge, and company operating procedures. The Enterprise Clinical Manager, MI- I provides on-site clinical management to ensure consistent clinical offerings to meet the needs of our customers, work outside normal business hours and holidays may be required. Provides feedback to Customers, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Product line management on equipment issues and customer concerns via written and verbal communication. + Identify clinical training needs by creating and managing clinical training agendas for the entire department. + Provides on-going support to resolve application related and image quality concerns on both a product and system level. + Manage and evaluate the clinical performance of the training personnel. + Manage the daily activities of all clinical training personnel. + Create and maintain clinical training project schedules. + Direct interaction with customers to identify applicable clinical specifications and to provide clinical support. + Responsible for the design, customization, and electronic delivery of clinical tools and supplements. + Works with HCUS team to gain customer acceptance of the FUJIFILM Medical Systems solution. + Produce various forms of clinical and technical writing. + Provide clinical expertise, workflow analysis, report configuration (CV), end to end testing, for upgrades, and new implementations. + Delivers process changes to leadership to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. + Ensure that employees are trained on the appropriate clinical product portfolios and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on those clinical product lines, assist in the development of the clinical training and the clinical testing for installations of new product releases. + Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements of the company’s quality management system. + Maintains effective communications and working relationships with all departments within HCUS (Service, Engineering, Integration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.). + Participates with Sales and Marketing staff to develop new products, services, and sales/marketing strategies. Reports any internal/external information and activities that may impact on customer satisfaction and/or HCUS’s future business activities. + Adheres to the Company's quality and regulatory compliance requirements and ensures that all job duties inherent in the position description are performed according to established policies and procedures. + Maintains a safe work environment. + Take corrective action, where appropriate. + Drives performance improvement and strategic planning of clinical teams. + Participates in professional organizations. + Supports Clinical Consultants and SR Clinical Consultants with project duties within job skillset. + Participate in Clinical Validations Testing for each software release of the product to further enhance the overall accuracy of the release. + Mentors All Clinical Consultants, MI, Senior Clinical Consultants, MI + All other functions and responsibilities that may be assigned by management. + Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards. + Comply with and pass all requirements for vendor credentialing as part of gaining access to hospitals and facilities to perform assigned job duties. **Qualifications:** Professional Experience: + 10+ years of progressive experience in medical technology, Computer science, PACS Administration or healthcare industry, experience in Cardiology or Radiology discipline preferred. + Required 6+ years' experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products (SYNAPSE, PACS, RIS, CV, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound and Digital mammography). + 5+ years of leadership experience preferred. + Self-directed with excellent management skills. + Experience in clinical Radiology or Cardiology environment. + (CV)Registered in one or more of the following: (Preferred) + Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer RDCS experience in: + Transthoracic Echo + Transesophageal Echo + Stress Echo + Dobutamine Stress Echo + Pediatric Echo + Fetal Echo + ECG + (CV)Registered Vascular Technologist RVT experience in: + Non-invasive + (CV)Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience in: + MPI + MUGA + PET + (CV)Registered Nurse Cardiac experience in: + Cath, Peripheral Angiography, Electrophysiology Lab experience + ECG + (Rad) Registered Radiology Technologist experienced in digital imaging. Education/Certification Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field required. + Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or relevant Radiology field experience preferred. + National certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS)(RVT)(RDCS)(RVTA). (Recommended) + (Rad)Certification in multiple disciplines such as Quality Control, Computerized Tomography, or Mammography is recommended.
