The Enterprise Consultant will have a broad\nset of responsibilities encompassing the following:Provide thought leadership for a\n set solutions that deliver out outcome based solutions like End-to-End\n Optimization, Asset Reliability, , Competency & Productivity,\n Analytics & Insights.Conduct discovery sessions to\n understand customer’s needs, value drivers, technical capabilities, &\n assess opportunity potential.Conduct engaging product\n overview and or demonstrations to explain solution value proposition,\n & capability.Track & analyze the opportunity\n pipeline to provide business insight.Review & analyze growth\n opportunities through additional product development, partnership, and integration\n with other Honeywell's product families.Assess and provide feedback on\n product development needs.Coach sales personnel on\n targeted solution value propositions & provide input on approach &\n customer engagement strategy.Review proposal &\n estimation activities with a view to improving content, optimize costing,\n providing pricing guidance & improving overall win rate.Develop and champion\n best-in-class sales training.Coordinate engineering support\n of pursuits.Lead proof of concept\n activities, establishing success criteria and the plan & execution\n strategy to improve outcomes.Provide inputs for sales, product & marketing collateral.Responsible for pipeline\n generation and support in orders closuresAbility to travel at least 50%\n of the time.YOU MUST HAVE
10+ years experience in the\n provision of L3 (Process Optimization, Asset Monitoring, Simulation\n solutions) and/or L4 solutions such as MES, Supply Chain, IIOT Solutions,\n Industry 4.0, for multiple industries including petrochemical, refining, pulp\n & paper, gas processing, Oil & Gas and Mining.Knowledge of the latest trends\n (e.g. cloud deployed solutions, employment of AI/ML, hybrid models) related\n to the extended use of optimization solutions.WE VALUE
