Enterprise Digital Health Specialist Senior - Innovations - Day

Hours: M-F Day

Full Time: 40 hours/week

General Summary

Performs diversified duties to manage or to contribute to a portfolio of digital health products and/or platforms. Collaborates regularly with individuals across the department and organization, including Service Lines, Operations, IT, Legal, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manages strategic direction, vision, and scope for assigned portfolio of Enterprise Digital Health products and/or platforms.Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to build and promote Enterprise Digital Health initiatives.Establishes and monitors key performance indicators to inform quality improvement programs, future development and expansion opportunities.Maintains an expert understanding of healthcare application support skills and information technology knowledge.Delivers quality and timely project initiatives, product implementations, application maintenance, database management, education and change management with a focus on system security, efficiency, effectiveness and best practice.Monitors, reports and appropriately escalates product and/or platform system analytics and key success measures.Provides issue resolution, organizational training and communication, and identification of improvement opportunities.Responds to customer service and technical support needs with critical thinking, problem solving and general troubleshooting.Provides project scoping, project planning, execution and problem solving.Communicates project status and deliverables, obtains and applies feedback, anticipates client needs and identifies new opportunities.Fosters collaboration with other departments, organizations, and vendors.Mentors colleagues within the innovation team and across the organization. Serves the organization as a preeminent expert on innovation-related subjects like digital/connected health, human-centered design, digital marketing, modern advertising strategies, marketing automation, etc.Responsible for the experience of working with the EDH&V team and the overall quality of the EDH&V team products and deliverables.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Bachelors Degree RequiredMasters Degree Preferred

Work Experience:

5 years Relevant experience with Epic Welcome application required.Applicable business, digital, technical and product management experience. RequiredExperience with Digital Health Products preferred

Licenses:

Certified in Epic Upon Hire Preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, project planning and computer skills.Exceptional customer service skills.
