Job Description: \n

Responsibilities\n

The EDMC will Provide 24\/7 administrative support for local and deployed AFCENT users. The EDMC's full time duty location will be onsite at Shaw AFB, SC but travel may be required to countries within the CENTCOM Area of Operations.\n

Job duties: \n\nMonitor for and provide distribution (via existing software tools) of written notifications of authorized service interruptions, notices to airmen (NOTAMs), and communication tasking orders (CTOs).\nReview and correct\/provide corrective guidance regarding document formatting and requirements adherence.\nTrack acknowledgement and compliance of customer sites with distributed administrative documents. \nProvide updates to the customer regarding status changes of existing ASI's. \nProduce and compile customer site information daily for leadership briefings. \nManage customer access to document tracking tools. \nProvide training to contractor and military personnel. \nSupport creation of daily AFCENT communication status report as required. \n Maintain Heads-Up Display (HUD) tickets to coordinate with sites to track unscheduled outages at the site level.\n\n

Qualifications\n\nThree (3) or more years' relevant experience.\nITIL Foundations required. \nActive Secret Clearance required.\n\n
