SHI is seeking a talented leader for an Inside Sales Management position. This position is located in the great city of Austin, Texas. The right candidate for this position is ambitious, career minded and confident in their ability to lead, coach and develop a team of Inside Sales Account Managers. The Inside Sales Manager will assist their sales people as they grow new business, develop strong customer relationships, and provide World Class Support daily. This individual must be highly accountable, positive and eager to learn and develop. You will be aligned to a CFN region, and will be partnering with a Field Regional Director and multiple Field District Managers in effort to achieve sales goals and objectives.

World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours.  Responsibilities Responsible for managing a professional sales teamDrive sales strategy and work with sellers to attain sales quotas; focused primarily on client hardware and software, with secondary responsibility for data center salesDevelop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers via the phoneMotivate, coach and develop sales teamManage performanceOversee accurate pipeline managementConsistently achieve or exceed sales expectationsWork well in a fun and energetic team environmentLearn and utilize SHI's internal systems Qualifications Minimum 4 years experience in the technology sales industryMinimum 2 years of ISAM experience Previous leadership experience in sales industry required Required Skills Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to confidently speak in group settings (small or large)Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word and ExcelHighly organized individual with a strong ability to delegateAbility to lead, motivate, and mentorStrong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
