We are seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our organization's growth by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our Enterprise Accounts.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection processManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboardingMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and complianceAnalyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadershipStay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, psychology, or related fields.

English proficiency B2 or higher.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (Support, infrastructure, project management, software lifecycle) and a minimum of 3 years of full experience in recruitment.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practicesProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office suiteExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve hiring goalsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of conducting effective interviews and assessing candidatesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work settingFamiliarity with Colombian labor laws and recruitment regulations (preferred)
