WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in subject-matter field relevant to the Sponsor or advanced degree in education-related field

Experience: 10+ years

Technical skills:

Demonstrated experience supporting the design, development, and delivery of training classes.

Demonstrated experience providing briefings or software demonstrations.

Demonstrated experience creating online training videos about software applications.

Demonstrated experience in managing and updating web content

Demonstrated experience creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation.

Demonstrated strong coordination and collaboration skills with ability to work successfully across organizational boundaries.

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred skills and abilities:

Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of regular training classes for the Sponsor’s enterprise search and discovery applications.

Demonstrated familiarity with the Sponsor’s search and discovery applications and analytic workflow processes.

Demonstrated experience conducting application adoption activities for the Sponsor and its partners.

Demonstrated experience creating online training videos about the Sponsor’s software applications.

Demonstrated experience creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation for the Sponsor’s applications.

Demonstrated strong coordination and collaboration skills with ability to work successfully across the Sponsor and its partners’ organizational boundaries.

The likely salary range for this position is $132,759 - $179,615. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
