Job Description

Get to Know the Role 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to help us build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and improve revenue. You will involve establishing and nurturing good business relationships with our prospective top merchants to spur growth in GrabMart.

We're looking for experts who can working for end-to-end process and move fast. We want people who love being challenged and are excited by the idea of joining our growing Merchant Organization and doing what it takes to increase. If this sounds like you – read on!. You will be reporting to the Manager. Working arrangement is full onsite in Jakarta based.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Relationships building: continuously engage our merchants and listen to their needs, feedback, and stay in close communications. Apply a approaching to understand the needs of our partners and provide solutions that lead to profitable business growth.Marketing campaign and promotions design: Create a compelling campaign by applying co-marketing partnership with our partners to bring value to our customers, which also improve more values back to our partnersImprove growth and Higher ROI: Ensure the partners are growing with Grab. Take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner to grow basket size and create loyal customers.Cross functional relationship: Work with verticals S&P, Growth, Marketing and Operation teams to make sure merchants have the best possible experience.Collaboration and Synergy: Build deeper relationships with partners by collaborating in other areas such as OVO, GrabExpress, Grab Jastip and Grab For Business. You will identify synergetic opportunities which could benefit both Grab and our merchants in the long run.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

5+ years experience of sales business development, account management or operationsExperienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)Good relationships and successful partnerships to improve revenueExperience in managing multiple sales opportunities while adapting to environmentsAble tp communicate in EnglishInterest in the on-demand delivery industry, with a focus on grocery delivery services.Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and partners.
