Your Impact

As part of the Product team, you will be responsible for enhancing our operations through deployment and optimization of business systems such as Verint, ASAPP, Intradiem, and other contact center applications.  This role is ideal for a results-driven professional skilled in automation, data analysis, and workflow/productivity improvements.

We have a fast paced result driven culture and we are looking for individuals who are proactive and can work with a sense of urgency. The candidate should have a sense of ownership and should be able to drive results independently while working on multiple concurrent projects.

 

Responsibilities

Lead application mapping and maintaining KPIs within the Verint environment to align with organizational goalsConfigure and manage Verint’s Operations Manager; optimizing routing rules, skill mapping, and queue managementDevelop and deploy strategies for transitioning from pull-based workflows to push-based models, ensuring operational efficiencyDesign and implement data pipelines and automation solutions using automation tools such as Lambda, S3, RDS, or DynamoDBBuild and deploy custom reporting dashboards leveraging Microsoft SQL Report Studio (report builder)Use Python and SQL to develop automation scripts and streamline reporting workflowsAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, productivity opportunities, and coaching insights for Workforce Management (WFM) and Operations teamsPartner with WFM, Operations, and Quality teams to develop Automated Quality Management (AQM) solutions for performance evaluation and operational insightsDesign, develop, and maintain Speech Analytics functionalityAct as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and strategiesMapping and maintaining Application Mapping in Desktop Analytics

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or equivalent) or 3 years experience implementing scalable, cloud based solutionsStrong programming skills in Python with a focus on automation and workflow optimizationProficient in SQL for querying and managing large datasetsHands-on experience with Verint Systems or similar workforce management platformsExceptional problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing professionalismAbility to build and maintain relationships while leading critical business projectsStrong judgment and comfort with ambiguityStrong PC skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Competitive and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work under minimal guidance 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in speech analytics or category optimization with Verint or similar platformsBackground in analytics-driven rolesFamiliarity with API integrations and system interoperability
