Responsibilities: 

Assist the program manager research and deploy program / project management tool – Workfront 

Assist RRX program manager refresh / update project management templates 

Assist the Project Managers in executing the IT Application projects. 

Follow up on action items, issues to solutions, and ensure effective progress. 

Plan and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and assist in coordinating with global teams. 

Work with Project Managers in the US, India, and potentially other countries, contributing to our diverse and collaborative team. 

Qualifications: 

No specific educational background is required; we are seeking individuals who possess a strong aptitude for learning, are eager to tackle challenges, and demonstrate readiness to assume new responsibilities.  

Proven ability to build positive relationships, resolve conflicts, and effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. 

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
