The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of programs and projects by leading project teams, ensuring effective stakeholder management and business engagement, serving as the primary point of contact for project status and budget reporting and facilitating strong partnerships with third-party contributors to manage project schedules, risks and issues.

Location: Sun Prairie, WI -  GBR, London (30 Fenchurch Street)

Work Arrangement: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week  

The salary range for this role is between $108,000-$203,000

Your new role

Monitor project performance metrics to ensure delivery of accurate analysis in alignment with project schedules, timelines, budget resources, and achievement of desired business outcomes.

Manage budget and planning process for relevant project/s or program/s.

Partner with relevant Communication, Marketing and Sponsorship teams to develop and implement internal and or external communications, marketing and sponsorship strategy to build awareness.

Coach and influence internal stakeholders, regional representatives and senior leaders to execute the business unit strategy.

Manage and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Ensure external partnerships align to QBE purpose, vision, strategy, and values.

Assist in improving operational efficiencies, speed to market and business processes across all programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Experience delivering and managing multi-year, complex programs

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Utilize effective communication skills to influence and persuade decision makers

Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience.
