Description:

The Enterprise Program Manager manages multiple projects to achieve strategic objectives from planning through delivery. Engages with team lead members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, clients and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and plans are communicated and delivered for enterprise programs. Utilizes project management tools and software to stay on track with programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategically manages programs to achieve company objectives, oversees planning, execution, risk assessment, and resource allocation Develops communication plans and internal strategies tailored to various organizational levels Establishes project management processes and standards for achieving Enterprise goals Sets realistic goals, implements action plans, and manages deadlines, ensuring teams meet project objectives timely in alignment established standards, procedures and guidelines Identifies concerns/problems and offers solutions to effectively meet targets Coordinates with clients, vendors, and suppliers, offering solutions to ensure project targets are effectively met Drafts project management processes and standards, leading the design and development of reports to support KPIs, compliance metrics, and project performance

Education and Experience: 

Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum of 5 years experience in program/project management required Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (i.e. PMI, Agile, SCRUM, Six Sigma, etc.) required Knowledge of project management tools and software (i.e. Project, SmartSheet, Clarizen, etc.) required Expert use of Microsoft Visio and Excel required

 

Location:  In office.

Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.

 

Travel Requirements: 25% travel (e.g. 25% travel to differing locations, 75% of the time working from an office)

 

Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

 

Frequent:              Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.

Occasional:         Standing and bending.

Infrequent:           Lifting up to 10 pounds.
