Introduction We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with 8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services and Consulting. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver impactful change to our clients. You will be responsible for providing program oversight and managing delivery aspects for our key flagship accounts. The expectation is that you will support multiple projects and focus on building strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Close collaboration with account management and/or sales is required. Job Description Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, needs, and feedback. Acquire an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance and support to clients. Collaborate with clients to strategically plan and deliver enhancements to our products or services. Drive Client Advisory Boards and feedback loop to Product. Monitor client accounts, analyze usage patterns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities aligned with client goals. Encourage satisfied clients to become advocates by contributing testimonials, case studies, or referrals. Ensure client satisfaction and work towards securing contract renewals, expansion of Professional Services or increase in solution footprint within client’s organization. Additional Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (external and internal customers) and actively manage expectations through appropriate communications, reporting, assurance, and governance. Hands-on management of internal and external key project controls and service delivery , including risk register, financials, quality, scope, and schedule performance. Ensure delivery of agreed scope against agreed contract, acceptance criteria, SLAs, and change requests. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, including developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Support the sales and account management team in renewals, extensions, and business development cross-selling opportunities. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly. Gather and analyze client feedback to provide insights for product improvement and enhance overall client experience. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop and execute strategies aligned with business goals and client success objectives. Key Requirements: Proven experience working with Tier 1 clients in either client success, program delivery, account management, or management consulting. Experienced in the financial services industry, including banking, fraud, risk, compliance, payments, or insurance. Proven track record of successful project delivery and account management, with experience managing large, complex projects and building long-term relationships with clients. Strong commercial focus and acumen. Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior client and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Experience in subscription-based or SaaS environments is advantageous. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for ensuring client success. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile. Formal project management qualifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile PM. Strong project financial and risk management. Effective presentation and reporting skills.
