Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules.
· Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions aligned with business needs.
· Configure and maintain Oracle HRMS and Payroll setups including workforce administration, compensation, benefits, time management, and payroll processing.
· Lead system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) for enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
· Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
· Ensure compliance with global payroll regulations and HR policies, including tax, labor, and statutory requirements across multiple countries.
· Document system configurations, process flows, and provide knowledge transfer to business users and technical staff.
· Work on integrating Oracle HR/Payroll with third-party applications (timekeeping, benefits, recruiting systems, etc.).
· Stay updated with Oracle EBS updates, patches, and legislative changes affecting HR and Payroll modules.
· Liaise with Development team as required to address complex system issues or bugs.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and Payroll modules.
· Hands-on experience with global HR and payroll processes, including multi-country payroll setups, compliance, and statutory reporting.
· Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS functionalities: Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Compensation Workbench, and related modules.
· Proven ability in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and solution design.
· Experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and large-scale support environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Effective communication skills to translate technical solutions into business language.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and knowledge of integration with Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.
· Exposure to Oracle HR & Payroll for multiple geographies (e.g., US, APAC and LATAM).
