This role is responsible for delivering functional solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring the stability and optimization of our Oracle Financials environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to analyze business needs, design, and configure system solutions, support month-end close activities, and lead enhancements that improve efficiency and compliance. This is a hands-on role requiring both strong functional knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience as an ERP Analyst or Functional Consultant working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.Deep functional knowledge and configuration experience in financial modules, including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Cash Management (CM)Fixed Assets (FA)Subledger Accounting (SLA)Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business flows.
