Together for better. **About the Role:** Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) aims to provide a comprehensive, cross-functional perspective on risks, ensuring theireffective prioritization and management in alignment with the Company’s strategic goals.The Sr. Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Company’s risk management efforts. They will contribute to thematurity and socialization of operational risk management practices such as risk and control self-assessments (RCSA), controltesting, and operational risk event management. + Collaborate across the lines of defense to ensure consistent implementation of risk management programs + Execute control testing in line with program requirements + Facilitate RCSAs with a broad range of stakeholders in line with program requirements + Participate in risk related change management initiatives through appropriatelevelof research, analysis, development and execution. + Provide independent and objective challenge to ensure the effectiveness of risk management practices. + Act as a change agent for the promotion of a risk management culture. + Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training.
