ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Enterprise Risk Analyst supports the activities of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. This includes developing and maintaining enterprise risk monitoring and reporting systems, contributing to business unit/functional area risk assessments, providing analytical support for risk areas, and coordinating various operational risk management functions. This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Risk Management with significant internal client relationships with management of various business units.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Contribute to business unit/functional area risk reviews in accordance with established enterprise risk review program. Manage Key Risk Indicators; investigate and report on threshold breaches. Investigate operational loss incidents and monitor findings through remediation. Assist in development of streamlined risk reporting systems and documentation. Facilitate New Product Risk Assessments with management. Maintain and enhance the use of the company’s GRC system and functionality. Contribute to periodic updates of risk appetite statements and risk and control self-assessments. Track and validate issues through remediation. Assist with ERM committee and other meeting prep.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, management/risk management, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience with financial services operations risk management, financial institution risk management, or enterprise risk analytics. Experience with Asset Management (retirement and benefits, wealth management, trust administration) preferred. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite, specifically in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective problem solving, analytical and organizational skills. Collaborative but also able to work independently.WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE:

The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office utilizing proper ergonomic safeguards when doing so. Additionally, the employee must occasionally lift or move supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
BASE PAY RANGE:
$55,000 - $75,000 per year
