If you thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, are highly proactive and organized, adept at multi-tasking and juggling shifting priorities, we would love to speak to you!/divdivbr/divdivAs the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, exercise good judgement in a variety of situations and have strong written and verbal communication skills./divdivbr/divdivstrongWe’ll trust you to:/strong/divdiv- Primarily support the Country Head of Japan (also leads Enterprise Sales Japan) and the Japan Head of External Relations and Government Affairs/divdiv- Manage all administrative tasks ranging from travel itineraries and managing contact information, to coordinating the sales floor logistics and maintaining selected sales databases/divdiv- Be forward thinking, anticipating the Heads’ needs and proactively completing tasks by understanding the big picture/divdiv- Make recommendations for improving efficiency and implementing those proactively/divdiv- Interface with all levels of employees, clients and external guests/divdiv- Practice discretion and respect confidentiality when faced with such situations/divdiv- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures/divdivbr/divdivstrongYou’ll need to have:/strong/divdiv- Minimum 6 years of Executive Assistant experience/divdiv- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Japanese and English/divdiv- Strong problem-solving, strategic and creative thinking/divdiv- Demonstrable attention to detail and organizational skills/divdiv- Familiarity with an open door office setting/divdivbr/divdivstrongWe’d love to see:/strong/divdiv- Prior Sales administration experiencebr- Prior financial services experience/divdivbr/divdivstrongIf this sounds like you:/strong/divdivApply if you think were a good match.
