Enterprise Sales Manager, Uber for Business
### **About the Role** Uber for Business is looking for a strategic, results-driven, and innovative Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our India Enterprise Sales team. This role is responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth. As a leader in this function, you will manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, drive sales strategy, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Implementation Leads, Premium Support Specialists, and Product Managers—to deliver customer value and operational excellence. Lead and scale a high-performing sales team, driving new business acquisition and long-term partnerships with large enterprise customers 2. Develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging Uber’s value proposition to acquire and expand accounts across diverse industries 3. Manage and forecast a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and revenue predictability via Salesforce CRM 4. Achieve assigned sales quotas, delivering measurable impact on revenue and growth 5. Engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to align on partnership goals and unlock new business opportunities 6. Drive operational efficiencies and customer experience enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery 7. Champion customer advocacy, leveraging insights, data trends, and success stories to drive strategic growth 8. Foster a culture of excellence, inspiring, mentoring, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential ### **Basic Qualifications** 1. 10+ years of B2B/B2B2C sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a sales management role 2. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence 3. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders/C-suite executives 4. Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast trends and develop actionable sales strategies ### **Preferred Qualifications** 1. Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 2.
