Enterprise Sales Manager

Our Sales team combines deep product and industry knowledge and focuses on bringing Plaid to an ever-broadening set of businesses. The person coming into this role will be a builder, excited about the opportunity to join Plaid’s Enterprise sales organization as a foundational leader. As our enterprise business rapidly expands, we’re looking for an action oriented and thoughtful team leader who can bring the right sellers into our business and enable them to lead the next phase of Plaid’s growth and impact.ResponsibilitiesRecruiting, hiring, and developing a world-class sales team to support the revenue targets for the businessBuilding and executing on pipeline with new clients and partners to run the end-to-end sales processWorking in a high-pace, cross-functional environment that is different every dayDelivering world-class results, while continuously challenging yourself and your team to be more ambitiousWorking with sales leadership set direction for your team, sales, and Plaid as a wholeQualifications5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing sales teams with a proven track record of success in a similar enterprise environment10+ years of total quota-carrying technology sales experienceExcitement for recruiting and a thoughtful approach to team planning and developmentA strong track record of negotiating, structuring and executing complex sales agreementsInterest in financial services products and a desire to create strategic relationships that help our customers succeedStrong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leadersExperience working cross-functionally to build successful top of the funnel activities to drive more pipeline for AEsOutstanding communication and presentation skills with experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level executivesExcitement to work in a high-growth environment $119,880 - $204,120 a yearTarget base salary for this role is between $119,880 and $204,120 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location.
