Enterprise Sales Manager (Tech/Telecom)


Base Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year + COMMISSION

 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead and drive growth within our client's large-scale enterprise customer base. This key leadership role will focus on managing and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue expansion, and fostering strategic relationships with key Fortune 1000 clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, preferably with a background in tech/telecom.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Lead a team of Account Executives focused on growing and managing enterprise and global accounts, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 companies. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within key enterprise accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and business objectives. Drive new business opportunities while ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels with existing customers. Mentor and coach the sales team, providing guidance on sales strategies, negotiation tactics, and account management best practices. Set performance goals, track team progress, and hold the team accountable for delivering results in terms of sales growth, customer retention, and revenue generation. Manage key accounts, including developing strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive and relevant. Oversee the development of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to ensure a consistent and compelling message to customers. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field  7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in telecommunications or technology industry  Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing enterprise accounts (Required) 3+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams (Required) Experience working with Fortune 1000 clients and managing large, complex sales cycles  Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results. High-level problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex customer needs. Strong business acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships with senior-level executives. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and quickly respond to new opportunities.
