In this role, your primary focus will be on leading the team to success, with a focus on coaching and mentoring as well as driving net new revenue for Qualtrics. Our Sales team is a group of highly driven individuals dedicated to closing experience gaps. Our SaaS platform is used to help some of the largest organizations in the world drive action with pre-built experience management (XM) programs and projects that anyone can use. What We’re Looking For On Your CV
\n\nA validated winner that has led teams to breakthrough results.\nAt least 6-8 years of individual enterprise-level sales experience.\nSaaS selling experience.\nAbility to travel up to 50%.\nFluency in English.\nExperience using MEDDIC sales processes, or similar.\nEvidence of generating and delivering large strategic engagements with ongoing relationships.\nEvidence of operating at C-level.\nExperience using Salesforce.com and measuring system compliance.\nRecord of over-exceeding quarterly team quotas through metric based skill development and internal team management.\nExperience and understanding of working on complex contract negotiations.\nEvidence of a strong sales operating rhythm.\n\n\n
