The Buy-side Enterprise Support team is responsible for
supporting our most sophisticated global buy-side customers who subscribe to
our portfolio enterprise reporting and order management system solutions. Powered by an unparalleled combination of automation, innovation, access and
service, Bloomberg Asset and Investment Manager (AIM) delivers global,
multi-asset solutions for front-end portfolio management, trading, and
operations. Our comprehensive suite of enterprise solutions help buy-side firms

needs to increase efficiency and productivity.
**What's the role?**
There is an exciting opportunity for a talented
professional to join the team as an AIM Enterprise Relationship Support (ERS)
Representative based in Tokyo. The ERS position is a client facing role, acting
as a product subject matter expert in liaising with portfolio managers,
traders, risk and performance analysts, and back/middle-office professionals.
This position requires a consultative approach, a culture of ownership, and
strong problem-solving skills, complemented with solid interpersonal skills.
Daily work will include establishing a trusted adviser relationship with key
clients to ensure their full satisfaction and success with the AIM product.
**We’ll trust you to:**
+ Develop a deepunderstanding of our AIM product offering and aligned clients in order todeliver the highest level of service to Bloomberg’s most strategiccustomers
+ Provideoperational support on AIM functionality, integrations, and feeds withproactive monitoring and client communication if an issue is detected
+ Identifysystemic issues, escalate appropriately by representing client impactinternally
+ Maintain clientworkflow diagrams and runbooks documenting custom and critical systemworkflows, integrations, feeds, and settings to enable the ERS team toprovide a consistent service that is personalized to the specificcustomer’s use of the system
+ Provideguidance and consultation on optimizing system performance as well aspreparing and delivering service and system performance reviews toexecutive stakeholders
+ Build andmaintain relationships with key client technology and businessstakeholders and act as their point of contact for production supportissues and requests
+ Monitor,facilitate, and consult with clients throughout the full technologyrelease cycle
+ Collaborateextensively across Bloomberg to improve our clients’ experience andoverall performance of our technology
+ Providedetailed feedback from clients to product managers to better improve ourproducts
+ Continuallylook for ways to improve workflows and partner with our engineering teamsto enhance operational tools
**You'll need to have:**
+ Minimum 3 yearsof experience working in buy-side financial institutions or experience infinancial technology supporting buy-side clients
+ Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Japanese
+ Stronganalytical skills to evaluate problems and provide solutions
+ Understandingof workflows used by buy-side clients
+ The ambition totake ownership and responsibility of clients, their questions, issues andrequests, and handle them effectively through to final resolution
+ Curiosity andaptitude to pick up new technologies and procedures
+ The ability toeffectively communicate technical and complex issues in a simplisticmanner to various audiences
+ A positiveattitude and appetite to go the extra mile for clients and the team
