Apply now for the position of Enterprise Services Sales Manager for our Scandinavian region. Role to be located within Scandinavian region. This position reports to the Head of Enterprise Services, Nordic and Baltic Countries.

You will act as part of the Enterprise Services team in the Nordic and Baltic countries, developing new business opportunities in an independent and self-driven manner in the Scandinavian countries.

You will connect with healthcare decision makers and leaders to introduce innovative partnership solutions tailored to the customer needs. Your aim will be to advocate Siemens Healthineers as a trusted partner and create long-term Value Partnerships.

Focus will be mainly on Scandinavian market but also flexible to contribute to Nordic and Baltic zone (NRB) as required.

Your tasks and responsibilities: 

·       Leverage your knowledge of clinical practices and workflows, as well as the latest technology innovations, to create unique offerings that support transformational change in the healthcare.

·       Work in close collaboration with the Sales and Account Manager teams, to develop unique offerings, combining different businesses and solutions, for each specific customer need.

·       Conduct customer meetings and partner with cross-functional team work to create solutions, funnel and bid management.

·       Develop and present business cases, public tendering, and take care of various sales process related tasks.

This is an individual contributor role, therefore it does not have direct team reports. However,  leadership responsibilities will be required, to define and lead projects.

Your expertise: 

 

·       Previous experience working within from healthcare industry; to allow for in-depth knowledge of the present operating environment, challenges, as well as future trends of healthcare.

·       Sales/Business Development experience, preferably from consultant work within the healthcare market.

·       Familiar with diagnostic technology and eager to leverage latest innovations for better care •

·       University degree and/or education in Engineering/Economics/Management/Healthcare.

·       Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as fluency in one or more of the Scandinavian countries.

·       Ability to autonomously drive your business forward with high level of accountability, even when obstacles arise and without all details in place.

·       Strong presentation skills.

·       Willingness to travel, mainly throughout the geographic area of Scandinavia.
