Enterprise Solutions Engineering Manager - UK
Meet the Team We are searching for an experienced and energetic Solution Engineering Manager who will be a key part of the UK Enterprise Leadership Team. You will be part of the management team leading a group of talented Solution Engineers who cover the largest Enterprise and Global Accounts headquartered in the UK. You will be a key contributor to Cisco’s continued growth and Go to Market within region in a fast paced and dynamic sales environment. Your Impact The Solution Engineering Manager will work alongside the Solution Engineer team and Account Executives responsible for setting the technical vision and strategy for the accounts, identifying ways to correctly position Cisco product and solutions in order to meet the business requirements of our customer base. You will engage in helping grow the Cisco business via facilitating partnerships between the customer and internal organisations. This role is idea for someone who has a high EQ and passion to solve customer problems as part of a high-performance engineering and sales team. You will also be required to scale that team in terms of its growth and skill set in the ever-changing world of technology Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years’ management experience required * Ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to many levels of business leaders and audience sizes * Proven team leadership experience. Define and drive specific cultures to attract, retain and develop the best solution engineering talent in the industry: coaching, mentoring, career development, with and outside the direct team * Cisco qualification up to CCNP or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: * CCIE * TOGAF * In depth understanding and experience of Cisco’s corporate strategy, products, architecture and go to market strategy \#WeAreCisco #WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
