Enterprise Solutions - Integration Analyst

This is Hybrid role (3 days in office /2 days remote)

Interactive Brokers is seeking a junior analyst to assist in the prospecting and integration of large-scale enterprise relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The candidate will develop a keen understanding of IBKR’s infrastructure, systems, products, offerings, and provide pragmatic solutions for our ever-growing institutional enterprise initiatives.

 What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: 

Assisting in the creation of project delivery plans and identifying the internal resources required Effectively manage and grow institutional enterprise relationships Serve as internal liaison among colleagues from sales, technology, legal, compliance and brokerage operations Identify problems, propose solutions, and ensure agreed upon solutions are quickly implemented Contribute to post go-live roadmaps to ensure ongoing success Act as subject matter expert for inquiries on our various enterprise solutions

 What required skill’s you need:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in finance, economics, business administration, project management, or another related field 2+ years in financial services, trading, brokerage, or in a project management role Superior attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Natural curiosity, adaptable, ability to embrace failure and learn from mistakes Strong interpersonal skills: must be an effective persuasive communicator able to help influence decisions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to independently exercise pragmatic judgment and discretion Excellent written communication, able to document complex issues clearly and concisely in a succinct manner High degree of comfort and fluency with technology, and an understanding of how technology is applied to business solutions. Comfortable and effective working in a team setting and independently.
