What success looks like in this role:

Independently perform tasks within a specific domain, supporting maintenance of hardware, software, platforms, and applications.Conduct independent analysis and problem resolution for a variety of technical issues.Define approaches and provide extensive business and/or technical expertise to achieve objectives.Implement and administer Entra ID (Azure) and manage its functionalities.Implement and administer the 365 portal, ensuring all functionalities are operational.Implement and administer the Defender XDR suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, Office, and Identity.Implement and administer Intune for device management and security.Administer Windows servers and ensure their optimal performance and security.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Must Have Skills

University degree or equivalent education and experience.Minimum 5 years of advanced knowledge in enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, cloud, or specific applications with relevant certifications.Ability to support multiple clients/technologies in a shared support environment.Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills and effective teamwork.Ability to train and develop staff and clients.
