Position Summary:
As an Enterprise Success Manager, you will work with our premium accounts to help them move toward their ever-evolving desired outcomes. Leveraging your practical industry knowledge, business acumen, relationship management, and broad understanding of Bentley Solutions and Success Management, you will position yourself as a trusted advisor to our users to help them succeed in their business while maximizing their return on investment in Bentley Solutions. You will be orchestrating a wide group of business, process, and solution specialists in Bentley to define and deliver on account-specific plans you will develop with them. You will also be the voice of our users to influence their overall experience. This role is to support our accounts in Western Europe, namely France, Portugal, Spain, and Italy.
French and/or Italian language skills are required.
Your Day-to-Day:
Engage key account stakeholders to capture their desired business outcomes, prioritize their digital workflow improvements, and plan how they will achieve their outcomes with Bentley’s solutions, services, and expertise. Track and measure value delivered to accounts through their engagement with Bentley and our solutions. Influence the successful adoption of Bentley technologies that align with an account’s goals and deliver value to their business. Lead and own aspects of engagements with accounts that include coordination with Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Services, Product Management, and Support. Continuously improve and apply your skills in the Success Management practice and your knowledge of how Bentley’s solutions impact the infrastructure industry. Communicate with account stakeholders, as well as Managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions. Travel will be required for internal or external events, either in a Bentley office or on-site with accounts. This is an individual contributor role, but it involves significant collaboration and coordination with peers, leadership, and other colleagues.
What You Bring to The Team:
Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience (with a preference for affinity with Sales, business analysis/development, and/or Success Management) and experience in dealing with executive management or relevant training and/or experience. French and Italian language skills (written as well as verbal) including presentation skills at the executive level are desirable. Experience in an advisory capacity in, or exposure to strategic projects involving software configuration, training, development, testing, and deployment. Experience that includes managing account key stakeholders, Bentley Account Managers, Consultants, Software Development Managers, Professional Services Managers, and IT and Network professionals. Familiar with organization change management aspects of delivering change programs. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, possessing diplomacy and business judgment. Passionate when advocating and positioning positive change and calm and collected in times of unanticipated situations and (business) disruption. Skilled at situation assessment to determine next steps in complex environments and comfortable with confrontation (positive as well as negative, as long as it is constructive). Experience at, and being comfortable with, working both independently (remote/self-motivated) and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as an active contributor is essential.
