Solves highly complex business issues and problems with automated systems.
Responsibilities:Manages the development of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprisewide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activitiesManages mission critical process flows and solutions for business problemsPerforms complex configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions and access controlManages validity of complex data entered into established tables, fields and system databasesDesigns extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications for business scenariosBuilds and produces complex reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staffManages set up and user accessesImplements changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards. Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customerManages complex system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deployingManages availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenanceLeads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issuesSupports and enhances core Marketing IT applications, including Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce CRM and Adobe Experiece ManagerCollaborates with other front-office IT teams (Sales, Channel, Customer Success & Services) to design and architect cross-functional IT business application solutions
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced Degree preferredMust have exposure on Marketing Cloud Account Engagement application and MCAE.7-12 years of experienceStrong communication skills to effectively work with othersDemonstrated ability to solve end user issuesAdvanced technical experienceAbility to mentor team membersManaging complex issues and applying root cause analysisExpert knowledge of applicable IT systems/applicationsAbility to implement new systems and toolsExperience managing IT documentation processesAdvanced analytical skillsAdvanced demonstration of project managing IT solutionsManages in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environmentDemonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
