Responsibilities:
Analyzes, implements, and supports the EPS Radius Packaging Suite ERP to meet the needs of the Supplies business. Solves highly complex business issues and problems with automated systems such as Auto Count 4D (AC4D) Supports and manages technical and functional configuration, including table creation/extension to support enhanced use and supportability of the Zebra’s Supplies Manufacturing modules centered around Radius ERP, Production Scheduling Application (PSA), Auto Count 4D (AC4D) and related applicationsManages a list of open issues with the vendor, EPSAnalyzes business problems to be solved with automated systemsImplements and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprisewide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities.Performs configuration, setup, and updating of applications, including table definitions and access control.Enters and creates to ensure validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases. - Designs extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications for business scenarios.Produces reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff.Reviews user accesses and trains users on application.Supports system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance
Qualifications:
Preferred Education:Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
