Detail-oriented and analytical Mid-Level SIP Analyst, experience in designing, implementing, and managing sales incentive plans to drive sales performance and align with company objectives
Responsibilities:Knowledge of XACTLY ToolMust have SQL/PL-SQL and Python Technical knowledgeSales Incentive Plan ManagementData Analysis and ReportingSystem ManagementContinuous Improvement
Qualifications:5-7 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or a related field.Proficiency with Xactly Incent or similar incentive compensation management software.Strong technical Knowledge in SQL/PL-SQL and Python.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
