Enterprise Workforce Optimization Specialist

What the day will look like + Develop and maintain Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) specifically tailored to workforce management processes. + Scheduling and forecasting workflows to optimize staffing levels based on real-time data and historical trends. + Automated task management solutions to streamline employee assignments and improve productivity. + Integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM) to ensure data consistency and streamlined workflows. + Analyze workforce data (e.g., call volume, historical trends) to identify areas for improvement and develop forecasting models to predict staffing needs. + Design and implement efficient scheduling strategies that ensure optimal staffing levels to meet service level objectives. + Monitor and analyze KPIs related to workforce performance and identify opportunities for optimization. + Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify and address workforce management challenges. + Maintain and update existing Power Platform applications to reflect changes in business processes. + Provide ongoing training and support to staff on the use of Power Platform applications for workforce management purposes. + Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in workforce management technology and Power Platform development. How this opportunity is different On this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the workforce planning and reporting capabilities support the needs of the organization are well designed to assist business leaders in optimizing resources and making better resource allocation decisions. To achieve this, you will work in collaboration across various groups, geographies, and functions to design workforce planning tools, analytics, and processes to support the organization. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred). + Minimum 2 years of experience developing and using Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). + Demonstrated experience with workforce management principles and best practices. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable solutions. + Experience designing and automating workflows to improve business processes. + Understanding of task management methodologies and best practices. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
