We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Third Party Support Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on supporting the third-party elements of our software, EnterpriseRx. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adjudication, pricing, drug formulary, and insurance plan coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert support for third-party integrations within the EnterpriseRx software.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to adjudication, pricing, drug formulary, and insurance plan coverage.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and functionality of third-party elements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to pharmacy management and insurance.Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for third-party support.Document and communicate technical solutions and processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Critical Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy industry.Strong understanding of adjudication, pricing, drug formulary, and insurance plan coverage.Proficiency in using and supporting EnterpriseRx or similar pharmacy management software.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other pharmacy management systems.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.Certification in pharmacy technology or related fields.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$23.44 - $39.06
