Job Description:

Responsible for promoting high quality patient care through clinical care, consultation, and patient education, integrating clinical research findings in daily practice.Role includes working with clinical staff to assure high quality, individualized care for patients with wound, skin, and continence needs.Coordinates plan of care with healthcare team for each patient.Supports and maintains the concept of teamwork to deliver care.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse, B.S.Kentucky LicenseCertified Wound Ostomy & Continence Nurse; must be willing to achieve as soon as possible if   not met Minimum of two years Nursing experienceExperience in education preferredMust be willing to achieve and maintain WOCN certifications
