Responsibilities: Lead the daily operations of the Entertainment Programs (such as Parade, indoor & outdoor performances) within the theme park or hotels depending on the assigned roleAnimate a team to ensure safety and high quality of performance according to the performance guidelinesTrain, coach and develop subordinatesSupport clerical work as needed, for example but not limited to compile reports, schedules and plansServe as a communication relay between the management and front line Cast MembersHandle Guests’ comments and enquiries
Basic Qualifications: Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locationsFull-Time availability is required. This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shiftGraduated from tertiary education is preferredProven experience in a leadership position, experience in customer service an advantageOpen-minded & good team playerGood reactivity and ability to face stressful situationsStrong problem solving and interpersonal skillsEnjoy active work natureFluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua. Knowledge in other language(s) a plusProssession of driving license is a plus Additional Information: SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
